Beijing, China, Sept. 25 -- Seaward Electronics Incorporated today announced mass-production of SE5169 , a Low Noise, Low Ground Current, and Low Dropout 300mA LDO regulator for Portable Ppplications.

Typical Low Dropout Voltage of 200mV at 60mA.?
Max Output Current up to 300mA.
